Boy this sounds easy..

and my boat is a lot smaller.

Only 18 ft & about 2,300 Lbs.
In theory: lower the front of the trailer; cut a Vee wedge & block it under the transom; raise the tongue; block the keel; install new rollers.
In reality: lower the front of the trailer; cut a Vee wedge & block it under the transom; raise the tongue; listen to the trailer jack make some crunching noises; watch the tongue drop about 10 inches; kick yourself in the *** for not using the hydraulic jack to lift the tongue; ask the wife if it is too late to add to your Christmas list (& hope she doesn't ask why you have to replace the jack you have on the trailer now) . :redface::redface:
