Somebody more knowledgable might correct me, but I'll go ahead and give an opinion. If the 1900 is like my old 1650, then I don't think the wood underneath the back seats is in anyway structural. IMO, you should be find in cutting some larger holes there.
However, you're liable to run into some issues if you cut into the bases of the lounge seats(we are talking about the lounge seat with the glassed in wood bases, right?). I believe they are going to be filled with flotation foam. I don't think you would be removing enough foam to make any real difference, but if you cut into it you are opening up the probability of that foam getting eventually waterlogged. I personally wouldn't do it.
A location you might look into in the windshield walkthrough area. Mine had a couple of speakers located there when I got it...
