Fish patties?
Fillets. yes, Minced patties, no.
Begins with catching and cleaning.
If you can, lace on a stringer, cut the throat, toss back in the water for 5 minutes so it bleeds out.
Filet them, then wash the snot out of them, literally, to eliminate as much of the fishy taste that people complain about.
Dip them in egg, or milk.
Roll them in seasoned flour, or an fish breading. bake or fry them in canola oil.
Or mix as a batter and fry.
The main thing is cleaning well. The meat can be as white as walleye if you rinse all the blood out of it.
Really nothing special about preparing northern pike.
