If those are photobucket pics....you can rotate them on the photobucket site.
From what I can see there....you've got a mountain of things to do to get that boat ready for water. Have you been able to inspect the floor and/or stringers? Everything may be rotted and/or waterlogged.
I'm not trying to dissuade you from rehabbing the boat/motor....but you need to post some more pics of it's condition so the experts here can give you an estimate of what it's going to take to make the boat/motor safe for operation. In many cases, free/cheap boats may end up costing a couple grand to fix up.
If that ends up being the case, you may end up saving a ton of money by parting out the boat/motor and starting over.
