I was in my boss's warehouse the other day, tearing down an inboard motor on a customers boat. Took a break and stood up to stretch the back muscles. I was looking around, and a windshield on a boat caught my eye. I jumped down from the boat I was in, and went to investigate. Low and behold, there sat a 18 foot Holiday. The boss stopped in later in the day to check on my progress, so I questioned him on the Holiday. He said it was his, and that he was going to strip it and scrap the hull. He asked why,"Do you want it,get it out of here?"He said he only paid $500.00 for it. I told him "Sold!" I would give him what he paid for it. He agreed to it and said it was mine. So now I guess you could say that I saved the old girl from going to the bone yard. She will be fixed up eventually, and put back in the water. The old girl doesn't deserve to go to the bone yard, she appears to have a lot of years of enjoyment left in her. I am trying to remember how to attach the pictures, so bear with me until I get them up. Thanks.
