1- pull the spark plugs ASAP, ground the plug wires
2- spray penetrating oil into each cylinder
3- crank the engine- without the plugs- to expel any water thru the plug ports
4- when clear, spray in a little more oil, replace the plugs, reattach the wires, and start it
5- AFTER it's running for 20-30 seconds, turn on the water supply
6- let it achieve operating temperature to burn off any residual moisture
7- shut off the water before killing the engine!
