I am in a search for a few tips to shore my boat, this next summer I am planning some trips that are gonna be a over-nighter,now I am looking for a few tips on how to shore my boat (under 16 ft),I have made allowances for my transducer on a sliding pole that can be locked in use\not in use, but my vessel is about a 1,000 lbs with gear, motor's so dragging it up the beach is rather difficult to do,but unlike all my freinds ribbings and jokes,I dont want to repair the hull every year due to time and finance from the scraped hull from that "less than sandy beach"

but looking for tips to shore (?bow first? & to launch from the beach with out the ungracefull crawling overbow/windsheild after launching or falling in,crew is not to versed in running motor so I gotta drive.

is there a way to anchor my vessel say 10 15 feet from shore and NOT have to go swim for it,when its time to leave (anchor with pully ?)

seen the anchor-buddy,looking for alternative at this time.

Thanks
