yup,good memories,The Yellowfin Mojarra is the biggest I've ever seen, Trophy size.world record is 2lb. mine was over 2 on a spring scale.That was the closest i've come to a world record,bonefish was nice too,a huge lemonshark,and don't leave out the fastest fish in the sea.wahoo!
If I ever get the chance to travel as far as to Canada or the USA, someone of you guys has to take me for a fishing-trip.
Here in Sweden we don't have anything of that size that you have over there
Cods and Hearing and some mackerel or flatfish is the common ocean-fish around here. In rare cases we can get some spur dog.
Eel is possible but prohibited due to extinction and you will get a huge ticket if caught.
We are talking about fish that at its top weights around 20kg :-(
Just a few pics over the winter months around Sydney harbour. Not much I know, but hopefully better luck over the summer months... Maybe start catching instead of feeding our pescatarian friends
