Re: Sore Back from rough water

so a 17" pitch 4 blade would be the best for my application?

i'm running a 3.0 mericruiser 4 banger...
mostly pulling a tube.... i'll take her out this weekend and verify the WOT rpm... but i'm pretty sure it doesnt go over 4k rpm.. and riding solo is tops 40mph on glass...

pulling the tube with 2 riders and 4 adults on board is a chore... it takes a long time to get her past 10mph and up on a nice plane....
Yeah that would work great... only thing tho is to watch the rpm's when running light at wot so as not to over rev.... that's where the 19 I mentioned would come in.
Saw this on a CL listing...

tell me if i'm seeing this correctly.... two props???

what's the deal with that.... is that a good setup?

Not applicable to your boat. Those props turn opposite directions.

Start a new post in the Prop forum since this topic is now changing. Questions will be answered there.

For your seat, how about incorporating an adjustable coil over shock with adjustable damper from a light car.
Use two pieces of aluminum, one that fits/slides over the other.
Drill multiple holes (upper and lower tube) for seat height adjustment.
