When I purchased my boat, I was given a "Spare" SS prop which he said he'd used.
When I pulled my current prop off for servicing, I decided I'd try the SS prop.
The base of the prop rubs slightly on the lower end unit.
Was this guy full of crap and this is the wrong prop, or do I simply need some sort of spacer?
Thanks!
I'm running a E115TLCRD on a 17' Aquasport
I think i have a 3 x 15x7 on it right now, and I'm getting ~36MPH top end...
Not too many people with this boat go above 40MPH, so I'm thinking it's a pretty good pitch/size for the boat, but I'm always open for suggestions to try something different!!
Thanks!
