Well, I went to pull out of a road yesterday and around the curve came 2 motorcycles a screaming and I had to get on it pretty hard and OMG, it pinned the wife and I to the seat and was gone.
We looked at each other and wondered WTH.
Man it's a beast.

And I bet you didn't even get into the 30% load range of the engine.

I'd say not, man it sure seemed to have plenty left for sure.

I tell you what. I love my Chevies, but anyone who brags about the Duramax or the powerstroke has NOT driven a Cummins. If they had they would know there is NO comparison. You gotta remember Cummins only builds diesel engines, so they sure know how to make them right. I have guys who come in and they tow 8000 lb trailers and up, and I can check duty cycle of the engines to see where in the power range they have been running. It is rare to see one hitting above 50% for more than 8-10% of the time,even towing a fifth wheel.
