Are you thinking solid color, original logo/decal resto or redneck camo LOL:D

I would be tempted to just go with high-gloss solid white. Classic look.

nothing too fancy.

you need to put some accent stripes of the green of the deck to tie it all together :)

Sand the metal down and use zinc chromate..... go for it. Once you get it paint ready and use the ZC then you can use spray bombs if you like.

Andhy not sure how many Marine dealers you have up there but you can actually buy outboard paint in Spray bombs.

I hate everything about the holesclaw trailer. i dont like the axle setup AT ALL. with the coil and shocks, its VERY bouncy... and it sits REALLY high up.

if you want to unload that 18' SS, make me your first call! and if you ever need a hand, let me know. i like working on boats. also, check your pm's.

Andy is your rig easy to launch with the trailer set up the way it is?

Have you ever wished you had more length on the tongue for shallow launches?

I'm just curious since mine is about the same length and I've only launched at lakes with a good deep ramp so far.

I have a hosclaw that it is in nice shape (New wheels, bearings & tires)...... I have to do the lights (I have new lights too) and have been contemplating improvements ........ it is a heavy duty trailer but yes it sits high.

Good job Andy..
I wish I had that many old tires around for mine..

If she a little wobbly...you can use a car jack and use some of that firewood ya may have laying around..

Thats only if you are going to have to get IN the boat while she's sans trailer.
