Incredible feeling :D

I thought I would load a bit of humor (well funny to me) To best appreciate my Son trying to master the camera controls........ take a look at this exciting action packed video :p

This was my best run past my Son and he was not used to the camera controls...... I had clean water and was really hoping he got it ;) Yes it was a bit short!!

I was actually thinking of a 1/4-20 camera mount .....to make one from aluminum and mount it.

Bob, the best way is to have a family member stand in the water and then you try to run em over:D Makes for some really great video!

Bahahahaha - Mother in-laws always get the best footage, seems you can always get closer shots with them in the water. :D:D:D

Congrats Bob. I think this is my favorite part of this forum. We witness the heartache and pain along with the fun. Then the day of the splash brings a smile to all. Thanks for sharing....now about the video of the hole shot:eek: Its your boat but it made my day.

Downthat's a good idea,, it's like do it now or do it after the boat is done,i used to this green stuff, it was like stain, and the color of p.t. Wood, seal the end's when i was in the coast guard we used to tape off, paint it,put sand blasting grit, (but sand will work) take coffee can, with holes punched init and then shake it right over the wet paint, after dry vaccuum up the loose sand and pull a very thin coat of thin down paint
it will keep you from slipping on the wet deck, and water dry's real ouick..

Re: Starcraft Supersport The Project Begins

Just a noted update ;)

Today at the lake my Starcraft had some encounters with a dock and needless to say it got a few scratches  .......... upon arriving home I closely inspected the hull and there were just the scratches and nick's from the dock.

Dragged out the rustoleum paint leftover from last year and touched them up. You can not notice the marks and overall the rustoleum is holding up great :D

Restoring older Starcraft is an ongoing labor of love.........

Now I am waiting for a few engine electrical parts for my motor.........

It never ends:facepalm:
