Thanks everyone! Appreciate all the advice,suggestions and just reading the thread!
After thinking of calling that guy i remember he has all of my personal info.
Being a motor carrier he can ruin me by sending in a bunch of BS to DAC services.
It is a national website for trucking companies to check drivers background.
Once something is noted on it the driver can rarely have it removed.
It would involve attorneys and money.

The shame of it is ANY company can put whatever they want on there even if it is not true.It can ruin you as far as ever getting another driving job.

It may be better to just let things go and pass the word around to other drivers to stay clear of mullet head..

Especially not if the hornets come and sting you in the *** even if it is just one of them !!!
Around where I live the tool and die and stamping industry and related fields are an extremely small world. Your reputation follows you around or is at least checked out by prospective employers.
