That I have not though of. But then I havent though much of anything. If it werent for this board and all the responses Ive received I would still be at square 1. Come to find out a member, kenimpzoom, lives but a couple miles from the marina where I keep the boat and has volunteered to come down this week end to set me straight once and for all. I can get a socket to the bolt so it would seem I should be able to get the Dremel down too. That and a mirror should do the trick. A couple of other suggestions were to pull one or the other of the engines to get to the bolt, but with your suggestion that might be avoided. That is one suggestion that I dont even want to think about,the engine pull that is, however what must be done must be done.
