I Dont think there are words.<br /><br />And to see that video and how easy it was for him to just grab her and walk away. He is truly a monster.<br /><br />With his lengthy police record that is beginning to surface it seems as if the American justice systen has failed us again.<br /><br />I wish the courts could hold some kind of legal accountability if some one who they let go commited such a haneous crime.

Our deepest sympathy goes to the Brucia family.<br /><br />There are too many " SICKOS" out on the streets.<br /><br />We as parents and grandparents have to keep reminding our chrildren about the dangers of being abducted, the fake cops; the fake emergency; find my pet and assistance to someone looking for directions. And it's not just telling them once. It has to be over & over again.<br /><br />Did you know that 56% of children ages10-12 are abducted And that 60% 12-16 years of age are rape victims

I couldn't agree with you more NOSLEEP. Execution is way too kind.<br /><br />In my oppinion, the way we treat convicts is way to kind all around. I know a lot of tax dollars are wasted on lots of programs, but nothing gets under my skin more to know that these *******s are allowed computers, TV, radio, magazine subsriptions, etc. They should be allowed the choice between a pick and a shovel and repay to society the harm they've caused.<br /><br />

I feel like the rest of you all, but what was that 11 year old girl doing by herself anyway!! It would be great if kids could run around by themselves like we did when we were kids, but that is a thing of the past with all the sickos out there! She shouldnt have been there in the first place!<br /><br />Now dont jump down my neck, I feel terrible for the family, but what I said is (unfortunatly) just a fact!

Smith was driving when arrested, WAS NOT THE CAR INVOLVED!!! <br /><br />These witnesses also claim that Joseph P. Smith is not the same guy who abducted Carlie Brucia!!!!<br /><br /> Lets wait and let the police do their work before we all make a hasty conclusion .<br /><br />But if in the end, this Smith character ends up being convicted of this crime, the hell with lethal injection, how about an old fashion "Quartering" or "Impaling"?

I have also heard that this dirtbags parole officer asked a judge to revoke his parole and the judge refused.<br /><br />He should resign his position immediately and devote his life to God because he is going to have a lot of explaining to do when he gets there.
