I got pretty dang excited, first time ever working on an outboard engine or any kind of engine for that matter and I achieved my goal. Just wanted to say thanks for the many tips I got from you guys prior to taking on this endeavor. My 115 evinrude had trouble starting and eventually started and ran ok, happened everytime I killed the engine. I ordered my carb kits from here (saved myself 35 bucks) and did the work myself. afterwords I primed the ball, turned the key and after a minute, started right up. killed it, turned it right back on no issues, thank goodness. Was a little worried, I had several little washers and o rings left but couldn't find a place for them to go. Any thoughts? Oh well, atleast for now I'm excited.
