I am going to go ahead and recommend that no one attach a kayak or canoe above their head on a motorcycle, as it turns out this is NOT a very good idea!

Generally, using your head is a good thing just not to attach objects to with a suction cup.

May I ask......Did you actually try this? If so.....Was anybody hurt or did the motorcycle get damaged i.e. an accident?

I don't remember most of it and the part that I do makes me shudder, would rather not go into details but suffice to say that right now I am typing with one hand and the Doc says that the fate of my left testicle will not be known for about two weeks when it comes out of the intensive care stages.

Well being that the details can get to graphic for this website, even though I believe details would be interesting especially sense this thread went the way it did, you know a majority of the guys tried to talk you out of it, but I guess it's non of my business as far as the details go.

When I seen your reply I thought "you've gotta be kidding me", "he actually tried this".

I mean no harm. I guess on a scale from 1-10 the pain must be a strong 10??? Hope you didn't break any bones, also hope you make a full recovery.

State Police are investigating a freak accident today,involving a collision of a motorcycle and a kayak.. The rider has been hospitalized with various injuries,none life threatening. Reportedly,the rider was wearing a helmet,but police are puzzled by a large suction cup attached at the top of the helmet.
Two men wearing "iboats" hats were seen running near the accident scene,but no witnesses have come forth with any info about what happened.
