Suzuki DT 85 1985 Upto Old Trix Again

So the anti christ has dropped spark on 1 and 3, no spark on tester, wiring to coils tested well within range, so replaced Flywheel, stator, trigger, CD box, rectifier, is switch with parts of spares motor, this solved the sneezing but no spark on 2 cyls,
likely causes? Trigger could be stuffed, Stator?
Has 3 new coils.
compression even all cyls 140 psi.
can I test the trigger with a multi meter?
can I test the cd unit, I figured if 1 fires the other two should, why would I then get correct ohms to the coils, but no spark from the coils, this engine is driving me to drink, what else can I do?

So I changed the stator and boom she’s running on all 3 again, but now she won’t turn off at the key research reveals the black n white wire from CD box kills it, the black n white wire goes to the green wire at the front engine where harness enters, it was turning off fine but not now, it has a dual lever control box no nuetral switch, kill switch not wired either! Really need an unmessed with harness, chopped wires and rejoined stuff everywhere, but can someone confirm the bulk and white wire kills it.
