...you do get to change your mind. When you realize that you made a mistake, that the country that you are trying to help doesn't want your help...That there is little chance that this country will ever be able to survive without splitting it up into 3 countries...I can go on!

When you lose your direction and you are driving down a road to no where...do you turn around? Yes...you do. I can't say I have been to Iraq to see what is going on there first hand but menbers of my family have. I have as much right to say my opinion as you do. So when you tell to shut up...i can tell you to shove it up your a**.

BTW, yes you would turn around....unless of course you have chosen to close your eyes and blindly follow.

This whole fiasco shows how brilliant Colin Powell was. He didn't invade Baghdad during the first war and got the hell out when the mistake was done the second time.

I guess watching the new's for the past 4 or more year's and seeing some of the more glaring slanted report's, has maken me wonder how it all started and why.

There are so many agenda's out there right now it's almost insane, but i cannot get it out of my mind how Dan Rather got himself invovled is such a dumb a@$ mistake, remeber 60 minute's he was hard hitting and factual with 20 years of experience.........why would he abandoned that.

War is a much heavier deal, THAT'S MY WHOLE POINT. NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES support goin' to war if you don't have the hair to finnish what you started. People die, n' sometimes history changes and sometimes: freedom is lost. The current crop of Democrats and Liberals exploited the strenght and reputation of the USA in 1968-1975 and we survived the defeat and humiliation; 3,000,000 of our former allies did not survive, but if you are a Lib or Democrat who gained political power: what the heck? We may survive this defeat as well, but it will impower our very ruthless enemies and make things worse.

Hmmmmmm, I guess you would have surrendered to Germany and Japan in WW2 after a few causualties? If less then 4,000 deaths of our precious soldiers, (under 25,000 wounded), and difficulty with present stability in Iraq and our popularity problems with the French, (who were makin' money off Sadam), you would never want to consider a real war would you? I guess you are one of those people who think that freedom is free. Please read some history.

Again, we are not a monarchy. Though there are those aspiring to it. I am sure you can explain exactly why lil' Nancy was playing president with her role models the Syrians a while back. Love to see those Democrats working overtime, on weekends, cutting deals and makin concessions to get the troops they "support", the support they need. Now if they would only provide funds for the American forces. (Those folks protecting your freedoms the democrats refer to as Nazi's and Terrorists)
