Sorry I havn't been around much lately. I just got back on to day shift this past Sunday. Things have been really hectic. I'd almost forgotten what is was like to get a good nights sleep. Got 9 1/2hrs last night!!! I can't even remember the last time I got that much uninterupted sleep.

Fireman sent me a text Thursday night. It was to late to respond when I finally had the opportunity. I called him yesterday and he needed to call me back. I missed the call, and now it's phone tag.:facepalm:

A little update....Lobster season is over for now. Never made it out. Work got in the way of fun. I won't let that happen again!

Skip and Carol left a couple days ago. Mrs. sasto didn't make it to see them off. Just as well. She would have cried. We had a blessing of their boat attended by many of their new friends at the marina. The officiating was done by Reverend sasto. Yes, I'm an ordained minister.

How is everybody doing?

Thanks for asking...it's pert'near perfect. I found out that a generous self-medicating program of michelob Light and Capt. Morgan (not mixed...ugh) do wonders for pain. :facepalm:

Our old girl was so excited to back on the water our fussy Starboard enginge refused to shut down. We had to cut off the fuel supply just so we could stop for the night!! We promised her we'd fire her up again next morning so stated right up and shut down just fine. We're almost as happy to be roaming except the high falootin' area is narrow and CROWDED. Having Easter southern style, prime rib on the grill, wih family in Margate. Slept on land for the first time in 16 months. Drank just enough margaritas so the bed swayed like usual. My son's surgery went well and he is in hospital in Maine. Maybe he'll get away for a while in the next few weeks. HOPE??? later you all. Stay green on the water.

Ok now, 57 days 20 hrs 34 mins, that takes us to about 6:30 AM on June 9. That is a close as I will try and figure it. I don't think the party will start before that. :facepalm:

Getting everything prepped for fun. Securing the bounce house, got the band booked, and now replacing the deck boards around the fire pit (needed to be done anyways). Looking forward to everyone coming in...I hope we're all still planning to come. I would also like to meet a few of the new people that have been following along but haven't been able to make it. If not now, when???
