ARAK, which is a heavy water plant being built by Russia and Iran, and will, among other things, produce Plutonium... It's above ground and not fueled, yet.
The enrichment sites located below ground level can be taken out with "bunker busters", and because they are located deep, little "fallout" can be expected.... you know, the bomb goes off 150 ft. under ground and implodes the whole site, just don't dig there for the next 250,000 years.
Willy, Iran's nuke sites can be taken out with less "radiation release" than Chernobyl, and we all know what an over-blown media event that was.
