What the heck is this about? I haven't seen anything specific regarding the new changes. There is a definate edge in the air, however. What changed, why, what specifically do you want. Please don't say "be nice." Nice means different things to different people.

Speaking of which, this thread is about topics . . . presumably a not-very-funny reference to the possibilities of politics being banned as a topic here or even the discontinuance of DC altogether.

I think it's funny. So did a few others. Are we also defining what is funny and what is not? I am clearly not as smart as some of the other members when it comes to defining humor a la iboats.

The majority of my posts are light hearted and (to me) humorous. Why all the hostility lately?

There are some on here though that just can not keep from posting troll topics for the sole intention of starting a shouting match

Just exactly what is a troll post? If I post a news article that refutes Global Warming, is that a troll post? If I post a news article about something Hillary said or did, is that a troll post? How about news of Iraq, Iran, or who is running for Congress next election.

How, who, and what determines a troll post?... and who determines the intention of the poster?

It would seem, that in a mix of left and right, any political post could be labeled a "troll" by one side or the other. Quite a quandary.

An insurmountable quagmire of quandary... a cornucopia of conflicting consciences... a, well you get the idea.

Unless DC is confined to only sports topics and discussion of how best to have pink bunnies knit butterflies, nothing can or will change. All topics have the potential to become political or a "troll" just by the nature of the human race.

LOL.... even discussing the weather these days is political.

I'm truely at a loss for words. I honestly don't know the reason for this post. Even after having read every reply, the best I can come up with is......well....nothing.

Who determines what a troll thread is? Crunch has a good point, if I post a Hillary bashing post, if its true, is it trolling or is it truth? If truth is banned in DC then it will be overrun with liberals.
