Tiller handle to throttle controls conversion

HELP!!!!! Can anyone tell what I would need to make this conversion? i.e. parts where to find the parts.

You need the shift and throttle connectors see the enclosed link. If you plan on leaving it as a rope start this is all you need plus a set of controls. I recommend you look for a set of OMC Simplex two lever controls. They are simple and they work.
