90 hp rude tilt and trim . where do you put fluid in and what fluid. (leaking around cyl. shaft) can packing be tightened or is a seal replacement required? thanks

Look at the stbd side of the unit and you'll see a resevoir with a plug in it. You can use OMC t/t fluid or Dextron II ATF. No packing, have to replace seals. Fill in the full tilted up position.
