See pony the problem with that is she will find out where it came from then she will invade TBAB and tell us all how she made a boat and it was the best yada yada yada.Then shell tell us that she used drywall tape and luan to build it.OMG! Shes already here! BD and CK are one in the same!

Nice.... but look at all the weeds in the water... I think for safety sake you need the weedless leg. I happen to have one i'd trade straight across for the motor on that boat....<br /><br />Thats just me... always trying to help

Yee-Haw. No pics yet, but the transom/stern is at least clamped in place on the Croc. Too bad that corvair engine wouldn't fit dink, the transom would probably hold the power of it. The plans call for a single 3/4 piece of ply. Since I'm cheap and have some left over, I used two pieces of 1/2" glued/screwed together with the grain at 90 deg from each other. Maybe a little overkill there..

That's quite possibly the one of the most redneck projects I've ever seen. And you're going to convert it to something else? LOL, is there some kind of prize money involved if you pull it off?

lol yes in fact there is.... I got stuck staying in a $180 hotel room last night... so it would save me from nights like that I got that from a friend who knew a guy etc.. and it was love at first sight... then I looked it over when I got it home and decided the corvair engine was going to take wayyyy to much work to rebuild so i'm going to take it out, pull the backbone and front uprights off and use the frame for the camper. ya wanna talk about redneck... i was pondering during my drive, about makeing the camper float and putting that sailboat motor on it <br />it was just an idle ponder... dont expect it to happen lol... anyway back on the road again for me.
