Re: Trapping Problem

Heck yes it's been two days...yesterday and today!

I don't know if we're gettin the whole story here. Something smells a little fish....er skunky. I thought that trap was able to hold a couple of wolverines. And an ol mutt was able to let it go....Hmmmmm....

And of course, no video.

OK if the dog still smells, try this website. Seems as tho woosterkin must have had a previous skunk experience, cause the tomato juice thing is what someone there says works....and I am still a little skeptical about how this played out without some pics....:rolleyes:;)

Don't worry about it - that ain't no stee-kin skunk, that's T2F's wayward beard! When he shaved it off, it escaped and ended up at your neighbor's house! :D

Re: Trapping Problem

I have never seen a skunk before, and I have little idea what they are capable of.
Therefore I insist on a video.
I'm thinking its going to be great entertainment.
Cheers

Re: Trapping Problem

if your going to kill it drown it... otherwise man up and show the skunk whos boss.
You are so wrong on this.
If you need to kill a person or animal do it quickly.
Would you like your head or family members held under water?
That is just wrong!

Re: Trapping Problem

Bruce called me last night. His neighbor paid him a visit. Asked if he could dig a hole to bury a dead skunk. (neighbor is in late 70's) So the skunk didn't get away after all. Seems as if the dog dragged the skunk over to the neighbors property and killed it. Yep, Bruce even washed the dog down with tomato juice. Bruce has been that route before with his Australian Cattle dog. Said it works better than anything else.

I passed on to him that he should try to get another skunk in the trap as there seems to be a demand for a video on how to remove one from a trap :D There might be money for the video as well..........He doesn't want to even think about it happening again.

My sister has a skunk that likes to come and eat some of the cat food she has out for her cats. Maybe I can get her to video it as I jump out and surprise it.

Ohhhh Yeaahh...look I just need some cheap entertainment.

It's been raining here for the past week and I can't venture too far.

Hell, i don't care if it's SSM or fairlane, I want to see a skunk encounter.

Trust me, i will provide myself with all the olfactory sensations.(scratch here)..just give us skunk!

Gas it with exhaust. Put a tarp over the cage and running lawnmower, or car tail pipe. It will die is short order and its painless.
