Re: trihulls? good or no good?
well, lots to consider. but my thoughts are as follows...
-i have a v-hull and i really like it too, but the down side to having a closed v-hull is there is allmost no space to move around. sure, if its just me going fishing is the best. but if i take the old lady, we really cant do much. i have never ridden in a tri-hull, and i appreciate all the informative insight on the matter, all i have done so far is get up in one that was on a trailer. the amount of room you get in the open front was the coolest, and perfect for setting a bass seat in, and lots of room for gear too. and because they are allmost flat on bottom, i think it would a be a perfect river boat. as the rivers i normally go on are shallow, but calm. i plan on getting an older glastron ( 70-75 ) probably a 15' to start off with.

p.s. the first place i plan on taking it once im sure it floats, is , lees fairy... right in the grand canyon. for its world famous rainbow trout. ive been there several times, just never in my own boat.. cant wait.
