Trim Problems

I have an older Tide Craft bass boat with a Johnson 115 on it and the throttle control is Evinrude...............for some reason the trim does'nt work right. In one of the back compartments, the trim connects to a solenoid that looks exactly like a FORD starter solenoid.

Does anybody have a diagram showing which wires go where on the solenoid?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanx

if i jump one of the studs, the motor trims down ...........if i jump another stud, it trims up automatically

Re: Trim Problems

if your hitting a button on the throttle and its not working....either some wiring is bad...the switch is bad...or that solenoid is bad...if you jump the solenoid and it works then its one of those 3...
