OK.. Well, yesterday, I pulled the stern drive out.. I think the bellows looked fine however, somehow the bellows ring got damaged... After completing that I was able to remove the motor with ease..

Is there anything you all would recommend while I am waiting rebuilt motor? Do you recommend painting the new motor?
