I might as well have made this thing a career. Finally got the engine rebuilt after many missing parts (bought it in a basket). The turbojet has an external fuel pump in a can. I'm assuming that this should spin up when key is on. I don't think the engine can draw fuel into the carbs by itself. This pump also has the line to the oil tank. The boat is not that old, so can anybody enlighten me as to why this pump would not spin up?
