The best advice I can give is to call your insurance man. I am pretty sure it is a total loss.

Drain the boat and examine the engine . . .you are in for a bit of work and expense, but no way to tell if it is savable without an first hand look.

most of your issues may be electrical, if the engine did not get any water inside. How is the boat's structure? any freeze damage, water saturation, etc?

The engine may very well survive , but its the transom / motor mounts / under the deck that would be the bigger concern.

Good chance all of the wood will be rotten very shorty , and your boat probably weighs an extra thousand pounds from water getting inside of everything .

Everything electrical needs to be replaced. Hull most likely has permanent water in areas that water should never be

drive will need to come off as bellows are now full of water. Depending on how long it sat, you may need new u-joints and shaft

As Kenny stated, call your insurance company
