New block everything was fine first hour. After, some noise from camshaft. Sounds like bearing ticking. No noise from intake. When cold no noise. Was thinking valve lifters or valve adjustment. Did the valves again. The same noise. Could it be lifters? They look fine. However one has slight scratche on the bearing of the lifter. Compression is good all cylinders, runs good, timing good, all torque to the specs. Also thinking noise is due to conventional oil with zddp adding. Too early to try synthetic. Not a pulley or belts nor pump, tryied with out the same noise. Plz help. Running out of ideas.

Doesn't sound like a ticking valve to me.
Maybe something with the water pump, since you've got the camera right next to it? It almost sounds like a loose/worn timing chain flopping around.
Engine stethoscopes are worth their weight in gold when you have issues like this.

Ty. My first guess was pump. Tried with out it. Not it. Posible the chain. When installed it was a little loose. Got new one was loose too. So, left old one. Ticking at camshaft, checked with the stethoscope.

Good deal on the stethoscope. Worn chain would be my vote. I've never heard a camshaft make that noise. I have heard worn chains (contrary to popular belief, they cannot "stretch") sound similar. Does it change with differing RPM?

Only on low rpm.
