Are you saying that make's a diff, or are you pointing out a glaring oversight which deflect's the impact or value of a post.

Yes perhap's you are right, many thing's were left undone, and 33years later the nightmare is coming back.

I am sorry for my attitude, I was raised in a time when no child had to fear a gang, no child had to fear drug's, your wife could walk the street's with your daughter and there was no apprehension or fear for them.

And my generation took this all for granted, it was our god given right. After all we stood for all fhat was good for mankind.

Unfortuantely we forgot to invite the rest of the world to our party and now they are pissed. Boy what a totally knuckel dragging articualted statement, yet it's truth is undeniable.

For right now we actually give hope to the terrorist community by not totally annihilating any hope they have for the world to hear there voice.

Year's ago we walked away from demonstrating the utter uselessness of defying a democracy and all that mean's.

Today we are again facing such a ordeal, and had we completed our mission year's ago, i for one believe we would not be facing this today.

Will i fight the battle again no, but my children migh very well have to. And that is my shame,and as arrogant as this sound's, that is the shame we will have to live again.

As time goes on i only find more respect for my father, the generation that went a paid a price of unimaginable sacrafice by today's standard's. And we all just took it for granted............ Next stop is Veitnam ... and's its five, six, seven open up the pealy gate's.....

I too was raised in the same, safe environment... that was then, this is now.

The world has changed since we had 1 foe, now it's a religion that numbers in the billions and want's our heads if they can't have our hearts... and we aren't suited for that.

The cold war lasted 50 some years. WWIII, the one we are fighting now, will last far beyond our lives, our children’s lives, and sadly, beyond our Grand children’s lives.

It may take a major city being taken out by these 12th century heathens before we realize we are in a world war... but when we do, Allah will sort the dead.

Be at peace, you've done your part.
