I have a 76 inline 1150 that has good compression on all cyls. I'm replacing the exhaust baffle and cover gaskets and also the cover on the front where the plugs are. I have the front cover off which is recessed in the block. On the bottom cyl. there is a jacket in the left corner that feeds the water into the cover [I think ]. Anyway there is a small hole that has eaten through the jacket but still leads into the water circulation. no water going into the exhaust at all. Will this create a problem with the water pump with pressure. Can this be fixed or patched with something. I tried to find a diagram showing the route of the water flow but could'nt. Has anyone else had this problem. thanks
