Yes those are the idle relief ports exhaust and the spent cooling water it contains will come out when running on the muffs. It wont be even side to side in terms of how much water. I think on my 3.0 it mostly came out one sideYes what about the exhaust from the other side?
That's an old boat/MC. The transom bolts with zinc caps are a boat sinker. Bolts are usually rotten. You are getting ready to spend some major bucks replacing, since you have to pull engine. However, I suspect water as gotten past bolt and rotted your transom. Sorry...Water is leaking from hereView attachment 376896
