Finally got my parts and got the pump on. This was really the first time I had run the motor long enough for it to really warm up. It idles great (although it seems a little fast) but when I start giving it throttle there comes a point when it will no longer go to higher rpm. I can choke it and it will momentarily speed up but then goes back to what seems to be starving for gas.
I put clamps on the fuel lines to eliminate that. I also took the fuel loose from the VRO to check for a fuel restriciton. When I pumped the bulb I got tons of fuel from the hose.
I have unplugged the VRO but have not yet unhooked the oil lines to it.
I mixed my gas.
Could the VRO just not be pumping enough fuel?
