Thanks for the advice. I thought it did not matter but I was concerned about pumping that bulb to get fuel into the filter and the lines again. I installed it before the bulb. Not sure if there is a problem, but it took me about 15 minutes of pumping the bulb to get it primed. I guess I had a lot of air to pump out of the system before it started pulling fuel. It stays full and runs good so I guess all is well.
My filter is before the bulb. I've personally never had that sort of problem (priming), but the standard procedure is to fill the cannister with fuel before installing it. Now you'll know for next time!
