well some updates with bad news, today I bought a new starter, new alternator, and we found out that the Y pipe is not good one of the holes to tied the bolts is broken I will see a guy tomorrow morning he have a new and he want 250$ for it, another thing the trim pump is broken and I order a new from sterndrives engineering for 250$, today so far I spend 70$ on the new starter, 90$ new alternator and 250$ for the trim pump, tomorrow morning I have to send the power steering hose to be done will be shipper that way instead buying a new one. tomorrow I will post pics.

sheez your "Old Boat" looks pretty nice! is it bombed out on the inside? stringers etc bad?

hey vegas is good inside solid floor solid stringers the only bad piece is a rectangular piece that goes under the gas tank the rest is good, the only reason why Im doing a upgrade is because I found the other boat for 500$ bou this hull is solid too hey Im posting pics tonight

those are the manifolds that were in the bad engine we tested them and they good but I rather to use the ones I bought last year

I will have to use my old engine coupler is good, the newer coupler cant be use just the cover.

in the floor is the newer coupler I will keep it for future project

new bilge pump been installed, new battery cables, terminals

fuel water separator been insatlled and ready to connect the hose to the engine


this is the transom assembly that I bought used but almost new, new gimbal bearing, new trim senders, new exhaust bellows, shifting cable bellows, O ring.

Why not throw a coat of bilge paint in the bilge while you can. Maybe 1 hour of prep and then another hour to put on a nice coat. I would also get a rattle can of black motor paint from the auto parts store and clean up the motor a bit as well. It is a lot easier to spot leaks with a nice clean bilge.

Betayv, if you werent at the other end of the coast I would be trying to buy your old boat off you. Looks perfect for my next project. Are you going to restore it or sell it?

engine is ready we started today everything is good shifting is good, temp was good

the new battery boxes

now the next step saturday will be check all the light bulbs, nav lights, and we will try to wax, we going to take out the two side panels to fix them

WOW! that motor box looks like it was a super tight fit...looks awsome in there (the motor) and with that nice shiny new SEII you got a real sharp looker!

thats cool with the old boat, I bet theres a few people on Iboats drooling over that thing... so the old hydraulic pump mustve been bad for ya to replace it...that is soooooo cool.....ya HAFTA post a video of your motor test run up (youtube is free) and 1rst splash of your boat in water.....

thanks vegas Im working on the ulphostery now is kind of hard and is expensive I been looking for prices and woooooooooaaa is expensive, I took out all the panels and I will get some of that pvc foam I think and cut them using the old ones and check how much will be for do the rest, is a shame that the old boat have to go I have for sale with the trailer for 1000$ I have a few calls but the will pay me the 1000$ and I have to trow away the boat and I said no I cant do that that is a great hull for someone looking for a project, ok I will keep you guys posted and yes of course the video is coming.

BY THE WAY THIS WEEKEND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE BOAT BECAUSE THE MIAMI BOAT SHOW START ON WEDNESDAY AND WE GOING ON SATURDAY, TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE AND SPEND THE DAY OVERTHERE!!!

ok wetn to the miami boat show and waooooo was great a lot of stuff there, today I sold the older boat the new onwer have great plans for it he already have two outboards motors for it he will call me to check it out when is ready.

hello here is the new sound for the boat, and in the right side I bough a roll of led white lights to be used inside the boat, I saw that idea in the boat show but of course I didnt buy it overthere, I founded online 100$ cheaper, saturday I will take pics of the boat, I will be doing the radio music and vhf lights installation and my brother will wax the boat. If we have nice weather I think is going to rain.

ok we did some work this weekend almost done i suppose to get back the ulphostery panels this week,

the first thing was remove the old name of the boat we use a hair dryer work fine... my brother working...
