new blower motor been installed

the blue carpet was cleaned and glued in the corners

everything inside is clean and ready for the fixed panles

testing the new navigation light!!!

we installed the speakers, vhf radio, led lights inside the cabin, and music radio

inside the cabin those lights are great we using led lights they came in a roll

So far we good I think we should be in the water saturday, like I said the only work left is the installation of the side panels and the captain seat.

ok guys a little update I already installed the new panels on the side, rear, and the seat look great I have some pics coming, we installed the gps/chartplotter, and went for a sea trial yesterday afternoon the temp was about 55 here in south florida a little cold for US down here, the ramp was empty jajajaja good thing, the boat start without any issues we leave the dock idle perfect going forward and reverse without any issues, the problem was when I try to go above 2000rpm engine dies ohohoh, again and again we went back to dock on idle, tomorrow Im taking out the carburetor for a rebuild, last time I tune up the carburetor was about three years ago and the engine been sitting for about 1 year, let me make a little comment about the NEW outdrive se116, works GREAT some people complain about the noise of the gears for the first 8 hours but yesterday I didnt hear nothing quiet outdrive, Im very happy with that, later I post some pics.

It's nice to know someone is enjoying their boat. Sorry to hear about the engine troubles though. You're automatically thinking fuel delivery? I had a similar issue with a motor a couple years ago. Turned out to be the coil. After I had already replaced plugs, wires distributor, rotor and fuel lines and filters. Carburetors have always seemed fairly trouble free for me. As long as you don't get a build up from old gas, carbon (usually from some sort of mis-firing, tuning) etc.
At least it will be good as new!!

The boat looks great. Those accessories look like they will really help enjoy the days on the water. Just make sure you have plenty of ice for the beverages.
Glad to hear that it floats too. That's pretty important unless you built a sub.

hey cptkid470 hi someone did it for me, and let me tell you I called about 6 differents people to do it averybody want big $$$$ 2500$,2800$ I found a lady she was the cheaper she said 1800$ but after I remove the panels myself and two of the panel have pvc foam already she went down to 1200$, and of course I choose a good material for it.

Beta.......That's some awesome work. I'm kinda glad I didn't discover this thread until now' The suspense would of killed me from post to post.

On another note......When the hell did they move the Miami boat show...I used to work it, and if I recall it was under a massive tent near a golf coarse. That was a busy show, so I didn't get much time for exploring during the day, and the nightlife.....I think I enjoyed that the most.

thanks repoman i dont know exactly when they start doing the boat show on the miami beach convention center been couple of years already I been going to the convention for 3 years already, I always go to the fortlauderdale and the miami but the miami is bigger.

well guys a little update I reinstalled the carburetor today and tomorrow i will install the new fuel pump, tomorrow I have to change couple of u bolts on the trailer, I will try to finish the rest of the lights more pics coming tomorrow.

hello guys let me give you a little update, well finally I installed the fuel pump and guesss what, replaced a solenoid on my trim pump I went to mercruiser because my pump is brand new and they give me hard time so anyway I end buying the solenoid 18$, man let me tell you something to adjust the carburetor that was hard and a P in the A finally after 4 hours trying is done and runnig good, I took the boat for a test yesterday and after I went around 3000-3500 rpm found some oil on the bilge and trying to find where is the oil coming on idle dont leak only on high RPM, tomorrow I will try to look for the leak.

We finally find the leak, we were missing a screw on the block by the water pump and was leaking from there I put a new screw with liquid teflow and is great, running like a champ here are some pics...
