Kind of starting to sound like BP/Driller Contractor's were not at all prepared
for this kind of event.
The pipe sleeve sounds somewhat quick, easy and effective compared to the
cofferdam('s) idea. They had to build the first cofferdam from scratch.
Regardless of the WOULDA, COULDA, SHOULDA, I hope what they do
works, AND FAST!
