QC called me and confessed that he keeps bringing up the purse issue because he wears ladies panties and would love to show his feminine side on the outside.....but his chest hairs get in the way

Sasquatch in panties... that's a good look for you QC....

Student, bag boy, mechanic, student, Sheriff's Deputy, student, Diesel Mechanic, Lead Mechanic, Diesel shop Owner then broke and overworked Diesel shop owner, And finally Diesel mechanic for big shop. In that order and in that progression. I hope to be retired when I grow up.

Re: What does everyone do for a living?

I'm an entrepreneur. If I see an opportunity to sell something for more than I paid for it, I take it. :D My specialty is selling electrons and magnetic impulses - that is, commercial web hosting solutions. I also manage a few websites, sell all sorts of things on the internet and in a few different catalogs, and I'm working with a partner to open a climate controlled storage facility.

I'm thinking about selling off the hosting portion of my business as my health isn't very good right now and I need to slow down...plus a competitor made me an offer I think is ridiculously high. :D

Started my employed life as a Tool and Die Apprentice in England. Came to Canada 18 years ago as a Tool and Die Maker. Did some more education and am now a Mechanical Engineer. Clean hands, steady days, all weekends off and twice the salary plus a bonus twice a year. Travel to the Eastern countries a few times a year for a week at a time.
If I have to work then this is the job for me !!!!!
Always been in the automotive industry.

I run my own grading and landscaping business. If it's in the dirt, I do it. I'm like a big kid and the world is my sand box :)

You got that right, computer controlled, pneumatics, heating elements, and gas. Some even have stepper motors and pentimium chips. Commercial equipment is nowhere close to being that of typical residential. You can by a $20,000 car for what one of our grills cost. Just about everything we have has some type of computer in it.

BTW WTIF,,,,,,Please don't ask me to list the equipment that I maintain. It gives me a headache and makes me tired just thinking about it. :D

WOW. I am amazed at the vast variety of paths everyones life has taken them on.

When I posted this thread, I didn't have a clue as to the types of responses it would bring. I'm thoroughly enjoying the fact that I now know what types of minds are behind this forum.

Thanks to all who have responded...and continue to respond.

Sad day for me...picked husband up at the airport.....he wants to nap....but doesn't want me out on the water without him today.....I'm stuck! ARGHHHHHHH!:(
