I am almost done restoring the interior of an 85 bayliner capri, and the hull is in perfect shape including gel coat and of course it is white, with the exception of some small stains on top of the gunwales and in the aft nonskid area by the splashwell(outboard) that look to be rust from something that sat ontop of the boat for along time (previous owner). what is the best thing to use/ method for cleaning the gel coat, should I wax it afterwards? Any advice is appreciated. I will try to get pics when my camera's charged.
