Talking about snook,At my new job I am at a private harbour a lot,Swimming all around there and tame as hell are hunderds of snook I bet if I put my finger in the water I could catch one with it..guess what ? No fishing alowed aaaaaaaaaarghh...
(but maybe.....)

i have seen them like that , make you tempted to just throw a net over them !

since we have the so called lion fish invasion over here,people eat them a lot, and our restaurants serve them,today I was having lunch at some place and they told me they had lionfish ceviche today..I really dont care for ceviche
I prefer raw tuna splashed with salty soy sauce:facepalm: so I passed but I will have it another day and tell you guys how it tasted..

Wow They look kinda prehistorical man! And they do have a weird looking "face"...I bet they taste good.
Now is this freshwater or salt ?

Geoduck(Clam-Shellfish) is the weirdest looking&eating shellfish i"v ever had. Here are some pics of the one i dug yesterday.
Looks ugly but tasted great!!

looks like a d!#$ ! and they squirt when you take them out of the mud,right? But then again the weirdest looking things taste the best (sometimes!) I have seen these on anthony bourdains shows he also says they taste great.
we have conch over here very good eating also!

Island Mike the ladies get excited when they see a geoduck live and in person and squiting!! The neck is usually eaten raw while the body can be saute or pan -fried. I have a conch shell given to me but have never eaten one, how is the taste?

I would love to know any lady that gets exited by a geoduck!lol!
Conch can be eaten raw or panfried too,The taste is very sweet and tender.
On my island we cant take them from the sea anymore(its still done though:facepalmdue to a very high demand..
