Had a little oil drip from the prop area on a M15a. Figured I need to replace the shaft oil seal. I drained the L/U oil, removed the prop, and then the two bolts holding the PSH in. But it wont budge.
I taped all around with hammer. After about 5 minutes I got agressive. I tried hammering a screw driver in the pry groves like a wedge and ended up breaking the housing face right off. But the shaft housing is still stuck. Is there some secret to getting this thing out?

Many times, the fluid seen there is just leftover unburned fuel/oil mix, and is not an LU leak, so you may not even have needed to reseal the LU.

Tapping and prying (gently) is the way we get them out. If there's corrosion in between the LU casting and the prop housing, it will fight you all the way. We also have a shop-made puller that fits some LU's, but probably won't fit that housing. You could make a puller that pushes on the prop housing bolt holes of the LU and pulls on the prop shaft, but it needs to be pretty stout, and you risk hurting the prop shaft housing (which is already damaged in your case).

Parts are pretty much unavailable for that old motor, so proceed with caution. YMMV.

Now, where can I gets the replacement prop housing and oil seal?

As i mentioned before...

"Parts are pretty much unavailable for that old motor, so proceed with caution. YMMV."

You will either need to find a dealer with 30-year-old stock, or a donor motor.
