Which kicker mount to install?

On my 1998 Century Walkaround 2100 I want to add a 4 stroke kicker to go along with the Yamaha 150. Given the style of the swim platform/stern I am trying to figure out the best kicker mount and how installed. Looking for advice from someone who has done this.
Thx, Roger

And don't forget to make sure that you have some serious backing under the flat surface to prevent the kicker from damaging that surface.

Are you saying to add a plate between the mount and the swim platform? The concern I have is that there is no way to get access to the underside of the swim platform. Given that how would I bolt the bracket to the swim platform?

If there really is no access, which I doubt, you might want to consider an alternative option like getting a Yamaha main engine that has the trolling option. I heard that there is a setting on the 6 cylinder Yamahas that will shut off 4 cilinders and you can troll to even less than 3 mph on the remaining 2 cylinders.

While not easy, some how you need to access the underside of that flat surface as that would be the easiest area to attach a mount. One could be adapted to the actual stern, but access to that would be even more dificult. Perhaps contact the boat mtg and see what recomendations they might have. Glass boats need some type of backing plate to spread the load so the fiberglass doesn't eventually crack. You have your work cutout for this project, good luck.
