Hey Charlie how about the fishing pole idea? Maybe replace the pitch fork with an anchor swinging on a chain.

I got some pricing on hats and polo shirts and might be willing to get a run going but there is a 1 time digitizing fee so the first 6 of us would have to pay around $25 each for a hat (washed chino twill). The next ones can likely be done for less. All that should cover shipping too. Polos shirts would be about $37 (men's Edry - Interlock Polo). I can post up colors and more detail on the gear if there is enough interest. Not looking to make a living on this deal. Like NB I just want to be sure I cover my cost. Shoot me some PMs.
