I'm getting ready too replace the transom and floor on my 1968 Glasspar citation. I'm thinking of using 2- 3/4" acx plywood. going too cut them out dry fit them then use PL constrution glue too glue them together. when glued going too use same glue too glue new transom to transom fiberglass. after that cures going too fiberglass everything inside. will this work for the transom? Also when I do the floor I'm going too use 3/8" acx plywood, cut too fit then sand, then paint both sides too seal, glue too the stringers, then fiberglass the ends too the boat.after thats all done I'm going to glue in carpet. Am I on the right track on doing everything right? By the way the transom will have a 72 65hp evenrude on it.
