Sounds like a plan, ERK, but I suggest a more attention-getting title on your thread.

How about something like: Tar Heel boaters gathering!!

Granted I understand the generalized "Tar Heel" moniker for the whole state....but as an NC STATE WOLFPACK ALUM I'd have to boycott...LOL

You think you have problems?

A brother graduated from NC State, two Sisters from UNC, and I attended (didn't grad there) UNC and Duke, each for a couple of years.:p

Got a lovely collie when I was about 10. Wanted to name him Duke, but brother made us call him Georgia Tech.:D

TOO FUNNY!!! Only in NC does 4 major Universities in the same conference butt heads like that. There are many "houses divided" in that state.

If the responses to this thread is any indication to the number of attendees, one pack of hot dogs ought to do it. :D


I've got one boat ready to splash. If weather permits I'll take her out to Keowee for a shake down run this week.

Yeah i can see that...I think a pack of hotdogs and a case of beer should do the trick or a 12 pack of pop. LOL

A case of each for each person. Soda Pops while boating and Wobble Pops after dark !
