Re: Wooden Seat Bases on Pontoon Deck
As an update to what I have gotten done, I did use 3/4 PVC molding to elevate the seats, and the console. The boat place up the road had some of those spacers for the rails. They went on really quickly; in a couple of hours. Raising the other stuff was a little more time consuming, because I wound up having to do some minor repairs to the bases of the seats. Really helped when the snow started melting in the pontoon, from the collapsed cover. Completing some repair work on the transom, tomorrow. May actually take it out next week, for the first time, if the weather holds, and the honey do's subside. Thanks, again for the great suggestions offered on my recent posts. Really great guys, here!
